Fort Harrison Hotel Wedding | Clearwater Wedding Photography | Sarah + Brian

Sarah and Brian’s intimate Clearwater, Florida wedding was full of elegance, charm and grace and we are so honored to have been present for their nuptials and chosen to document their very special day. We were no stranger to the family, having photographed Brian’s brother’s wedding (see a few images from Mike’s pre-wedding party shoot here, it was a blast!) a few years back. Let’s just say that Mike and Brian’s mother, Judy, is no stranger to top-notch events and spares no expense when it comes to her children. πŸ™‚

Sarah got ready with her family in the penthouse suite at the stately and opulent Fort Harrison Hotel in downtown Clearwater. When she was ready, Brian arrived for their first look in the oh-so-classy black-and-white marble floored lobby, before we all headed out to their ceremony. It was truly a day to remember. Check out a few of our favorites from their day below!

The beautiful gown and a few of Sarah’s lovely details
Dana Dineen Floral Designs truly outdid themselves once again with the bridal bouquet. SO beautiful.
Sarah is unbelievably photogenic, we just loved these few candid frames of her sisters helping her get ready during prep…. Another HUGE thank you to Julie for her fantastic work as my 2nd shooter that day.
Stunning gown.

Sarah was perfect for the camera. Rock on girl! πŸ™‚
Brian, his groomsmen and his two sons getting ready at the beginning of the day. πŸ™‚ Some of these shots that Julie caught were so touching.
The crew πŸ™‚
Sarah approached Brian by climbing the marble staircase in the lobby of the Fort Harrison Hotel, where they saw each other for the first time and had a few minutes together. It is possible that Brian shed a few tears. Possible. πŸ˜‰
There was a beautiful private dining room with windows and sconces, and we just had to snap a few frames there before heading out to the ceremony. I just loved the dramatic lighting here, so amazing.Β
The ceremony was truly personal and touching, so many great moments it’s hard to share them all here…
Again Dana and her crew and their amazing work on the orchid-filled arch was simply amazing, not to mention the tall tablepieces shown below.

So beautiful. Again huge thanks to Julie and Conny for their magical work on the reception detail photos while I was shooting family portraits with the bride and groom.
Uuuuuuhhhh wow.

I had scouted out a few local locations to sneak the couple away to during sunset as I knew we wouldn’t have much time before the ceremony and that it would be VERY hot. Sarah and Brian loved the idea and they were absolutely perfect. We were back before her guests even knew she had left and we were able to capture so many great images such as these few below.

Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances were particularly touching this evening.Congrats once again, Sarah and Brian!! What a stunning wedding day!!!

Every photo just made me pause and inhale slowly. I can only imagine how breathtaking this was in person. So exquisite!

I know right? This one was truly spectacular, we loved being there and all the gorgeous details and colors were so beautiful!

Mirror Lake Lyceum Wedding | St Pete Wedding Photography | Gina + Bobby!

Gina + Bobby’s wedding at St Pete’s Mirror Lake Lyceum was a dream to photograph and their event itself was exquisite. The Mirror Lake Lyceum is simply gorgeous and has a turn of the century historic charm that lent itself naturally to Gina and Bobby’s event there. HUGE thank you to all vendors involved in their special day, we couldn’t have documented these stunning images alone. πŸ™‚ Drop below for a piece of the action…

Gina’s stunning details. Gotta love the Mischkas πŸ˜‰
She even had custom hangers for each of her bridesmaid dresses. And we always love when we arrive and all of her details are laid out ready to shoot–WOOT! πŸ™‚
The beautiful ladies. πŸ™‚
The moments between Gina and her parents were so special. Loved capturing these.

The STUNNING bride.
Everything came together so beautifully for Gina: her hair/makeup (shout out to Christine at Femme Akoi for her ever-fabulous work!), her gown, her jewelry (love the off-center necklace) and her bridal bouquet. Just love it all.

The Lyceum is SUCH a gorgeous venue–LOVE shooting there!
Gold tones and LOTS of candles added an intimate feel to an old-world theater setting.
Again I love the familial emotion, and the bridesmaids even brought the tears too. πŸ™‚
And we even got to say hello to one of our fantastic past clients who just recently had their first baby! Amy + Jason, whose wedding images were published on JuneBug Weddings a few years back! πŸ™‚
We had a few minutes to pop up into the balcony area for some fun wedding party groupings before we all hopped into the Β trolley for a quick photo journey around St Pete…
Love this shot of the gorgeous wedding party. Such a great group. πŸ™‚ And it’s hard to beat those banyan trees!
Meanwhile back at the Lyceum Emily and Kim were shooting away on the beautiful reception details including custom sunglasses, a sweets table and custom wedding flip flops for the entire group!
Gina and Bobby’s first dance together was perfect.
And I was able to steal behind the curtain for a few frames of Gina dancing with her father during their father/daughter dance. Another one of my personal favorite moments from each wedding. πŸ™‚
Gina and Bobby opted to pop back outside after the reception had begun to capture a few more moments of just the two of them together. The light was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for better weather and setting. πŸ™‚
And I just loved how these trolley shots came out. πŸ™‚ So sweet!Finished with the St Pete skyline, shot from over the lake just outside the Lyceum. So beautiful. Congrats once again Gina + Bobby!! πŸ™‚
