Island Estates Clearwater Beach | Clearwater Wedding Photographer | Crystal + Zac Wedding

Rain on the wedding day? That certainly didn’t stop Crystal and Zac from getting married in the backyard of this absolutely GORGEOUS, private waterfront property in Clearwater, Florida. The day started off very overcast and while everyone was praying for it not to rain, Crystal stayed as relaxed as can be without a worry on her mind. Then, shortly before the ceremony, it happened! And what was Crystal’s response? “Let’s get some umbrellas and let’s get married!” We couldn’t have expected a better response from her!! 🙂 And the ceremony was absolutely PERFECT and SUPER-BEAUTIFUL!!

Now, speaking off making things go right, the rain stopped and even the sun came out after the ceremony, allowing Crystal and Zac to have their reception outdoors as planned and allowing us to snap some GORGEOUS sunset photos of the two lovebirds and their wedding party. Check it out! 😉

We are OBSESSED with Crystal’s beautiful jewelry and even more with the gold-tipped feathers which she created specifically for the wedding. 🙂

And look at that GORGEOUS hair, braided and intertwined with flowers. Simple yet so beautiful!

Crystal look super-stunning in her antique lace dress that she found on a trip to San Francisco.

We could photograph her ALL DAY LONG!!!

The groom and his groomsman got ready at the nearby Sandpearl Resort on Clearwater Beach.

While Crystal was hiding on the first floor, Zac was awaiting the ceremony with his mother and friends in the elegant living room.

Crystal and Zac were more than excited to tie the knot. And none of the rain mattered whatsoever.

After family formals and as the guest were enjoying cocktail hour, we took the wedding party to the beach. And we are more than pleased with the images!! 🙂

Meanwhile, the reception was set up in the backyard of the home. Can you believe Crystal and her family and friends put together all of the reception decor?! Incredible!! 🙂

The father-daughter dance made even us tear up a little.

After the dances and a few speeches, it was time to enjoy some delicious BBQ food, followed by smores!

The gluten-free wedding cake and cupcakes were a wedding gift from one of Crystal’s good friends. They were extremely yummy!!

To end the night, the newlyweds and their guests sent off wishing lanterns! May all their wishes come true! 🙂

BIG BIG hugs to Crystal and Zac!! We couldn’t have been happier to be your wedding photographer! You are AWESOME and we LOVE you guys!!  🙂
